The following list details the steps I require new clients of the [Serverless Launchpad Service](https://serverlessfirst.com/services/launchpad) to complete before I can begin work. 1. **GitHub**: - Create a new **empty** repository in GitHub, giving it the name of your application - Enable GitHub Actions on the new repository as per [these instructions](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/enabling-features-for-your-repository/managing-github-actions-settings-for-a-repository) . - Grant my user "paulswail" Admin access to the new repository 2. **AWS**: - Create a new AWS management root account and configure it as per these instructions: [[How to create a clean AWS account for handover]] - Create IAM user for me as per these instructions: [[Create IAM user for new AWS account administrator]] Once these steps are complete, please share the temporary credentials for the newly created IAM user with me. If you use 1Password, I recommend sharing these via its [secure sharing menu item](https://blog.1password.com/psst-item-sharing/) which generates a one-time link. Note that at the end of the launchpad engagement, for security purposes I will ask you to remove my access to these cloud accounts and will provide you with specific instructions on how to do this.
